Dodjela prestižnih zlatnih kipića Oscara svake godine označava vrhunac sezone filmskih nagrada i holivudskih ceremonija te ju svake godine sve željnije iščekujemo, a danas su objavljene nominacije.

Dodjelu Oscara će emitirati ABC, a kao i prošle godine, ni ove neće biti domaćina. Naime, prošlogodišnja ceremonija pokazala se vrlo uspješnom u takvom formatu, prije svega zbog kraćeg trajanja, što se itekako svidjelo gledateljima. Akademija je stoga odlučila ne riskirati 2020. godine.
